La Raza Pre-Law Student Association wishes you all a Happy New Year! We hope this year is full of love, joy, and prosperity! Manifesting that 2023 is the year we accomplish all personal/work-related new year resolutions!
As we transition to a new year and new quarter, we want to provide a refresher of our organization's mission, which states, “our purpose is to provide a means for understanding entry into the field of law for Latinx students, as well as students of other historically underrepresented minorities. La Raza Pre-Law Student Association
promotes academic achievement and creates a pathway between students and law school through various methods.” Additionally, if you recently joined us, please visit our first ever “Introduction” journal of the academic year to learn who your Political Chair is and what the expectations are for these political journals! To learn more about how to achieve active status as a general member, we invite you all to join us for our upcoming general gathering! More information and details will be sent out soon in our newsletter! Remember to follow us on Instagram @larazaprewlawucd to stay connected!
For this week, our journal is short and sweet! However, we invite that you engage with our prompt: What is one law school-related new year resolution that you want to work on/achieve throughout 2023? Feel free to share your responses in our comments section!
Next week we will be back to our regular content! As always, stay empowered and empower your communities, peace.
